The location was convenient with metro access nearby. i found the staff accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. the room included a coffee machine and complimentary bottled water refreshed daily. I appreciated that touch.

I noticed a sewage smell in the bathroom. The strong bleach odor in the bedroom was also quite noticeable. i had to keep the window open despite the cold weather.

The hotel location near the metro was REALLY convenient. It made getting around quite easy. The staff was friendly! They provided helpful directions and recommendations for nearby attractions.

My room was a bit too small. Space was limited. The walls seemed thin because I could hear noise from other rooms AND the street. I missed having a fridge in the room.

This was a huge benefit. the room included a welcome gift and complimentary drinks stocked in the fridge. the breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast room had beautiful decorations! the staff were really helpful providing maps, directions, and suggestions.

the thermostat had a led light that shone directly on the pillows!
